Terms and legal notice

Last updated: October 22, 2026

The short version

  • Thrensy is free. No paid plans, no fine print to charge you.
  • What you write is yours. We only use it to show it to the people you choose.
  • Use common sense: nothing illegal, no spam, no harassing anyone.
  • We do our best to keep it running, but keep a copy of what matters.
  • You can leave whenever you want and take your data with you.

This is a summary. The details are below.

These are the rules for using Thrensy, on thrensy.com and in the app. By creating your account or signing in, you accept them. If you don't agree with them, better not to use it.

Who provides Thrensy?

Daniel Balastegui, a person, not a company. You can write to hello@thrensy.com about anything: questions, problems, reports or legal matters.

What is Thrensy?

A tool to make lists, share them and follow each point with its status and comments. It's free and has no paid plans. We'll keep improving it, and some features may change or go away along the way.

Your account

  • You must be 14 or older.
  • You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google or Microsoft. Use an email that's yours.
  • Look after access to your email: whoever gets into it can get into Thrensy. If you think someone used your account, sign out everywhere from Settings and let us know.

What you write is yours

Your lists, comments and files remain yours. So Thrensy can work, you give us free permission to store them and show them to whoever has access: the list's members or, if it's public, anyone with the link. We don't use them for anything else.

That permission ends when you delete them. Two exceptions: backups, which are deleted after 30 days, and what you added to other people's lists, which stays without your name if you delete your account.

Only upload what you have the right to share. And before making a list public, remember anyone with the link will be able to read it.

What's not allowed

  • Illegal content or content that infringes others' rights, like photos or texts that aren't yours.
  • Harassing, threatening or spreading hate.
  • Spam, phishing or files with malware.
  • Posting other people's personal data without their permission.
  • Attacking Thrensy, getting around its limits or trying to get in where you weren't invited.
  • Pretending to be someone else.

If you see something that shouldn't be there

Write to hello@thrensy.com with the link and what's wrong. We'll look into it and, if it breaks these rules or the law, take it down. We may also suspend an account that breaks them. If we have to act on your content or account, we'll tell you why (unless the law prevents it) and you can reply at the same address.

What we can promise and what we can't

Thrensy is free and offered as it is. We take care that it works well and loses nothing, but we can't guarantee it will never fail. Keep a copy of what matters to you: you can download each list as CSV and all your data from Settings.

So, as far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect harm or for losses from causes outside our control. This doesn't cut the rights you have as a consumer, nor does it cover us if we act in bad faith or with gross negligence.

Leaving, or us closing

You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings. If we ever shut Thrensy down, we'll announce it on the website at least 30 days ahead so you have time to download your data.

Brand and design

The Thrensy name, logo, mascot, design and code belong to its owner. Using Thrensy doesn't give you rights over them.

Your data

How we handle it is in the Privacy policy, and what we keep in your browser, in the Cookie policy.

If we change these rules

We'll post the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we'll announce it on the website before it takes effect. If you keep using Thrensy afterwards, you accept it. If it doesn't work for you, you can delete your account.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies. If you're a consumer and there's a dispute, you can go to the courts where you live.
